Tomorrow morning we’ll be heading off to Cambodia with Squad D. From what we’ve been told, our trip will probably take anywhere from 10 to 14 hours due to road conditions. (Have I mentioned the majority of Team Lego gets car sick!) So tomorrow will be an interesting adventure in itself!!!

While in Cambodia, my team will be working with a woman who runs an orphanage of about 50 plus kids. Plus, we’ll have an opportunity to go out into the rural areas once in a while and help her with medical missions. Although I’ve loved working with the Tamar girls and other organizations in Pattaya, I’m ready to go to the next country.

While we’ll be working with these children, we will also be living above the boys in their house. So hopefully throughout the month, we’ll be able to form close relationships with these children.

This debrief has probably been the hardest for our team due to experiences this past month in Pattaya and I’m hoping that living in such CLOSE proximity to the children will help us take our eyes off ourselves and our issues and put them back in focus where they need to be….on God!

Please pray for our team as we head out tomorrow and while we are in Cambodia!
