What is CGA
Well let’s start with the acronym it stands for Center for Global Action.
It’s a discipleship school based at Adventures In Missions, here in Gainesville.
It focuses on community, discipleship, and apprenticeship.
Community,
I live with a bunch of guys at a house here and we live in community much like on the world race but also more like America with our “normal stuff” but still living with all sorts of life bringing and love.
Discipleship
Is given through Labs, they are kinda like classes but it is teaching that sets you up to bring life and learn. Classes range from Spiritual Development to Fundraising to Being a Godly man.
Discipleship also occurs through mentors and mentor groups. Where we are partnered with someone that with disciple us in our walk.
Apprenticeship
Is where we will work in the AIM office each morning in a position where we learn but also give back to AIM and give help that is needed.
