This month I went vegitarian, I know that is the last thing that anyone would think a Animal Scinece major would say.
But I started feeling like I should do a fast of meat, and I did. I learend alot over the month with out any meat, one I really dont need meat, I always thought I did. It was something that I needed before the race, I know that sounds strange but its true, I always had meat at lunch and dinner, ever meal. I never thought I would to go with out meat for a month, But I can I did it and I'm stronger for it. I ate more this month than ever before I ate, and ate I wasnt getting full, and I kept eatting. This was not normal for me. It just wasnt. I dont eat alot, you can ask all of my team they think its strange, all other teams with guys the girls can give left overs to so there is nothing going to waste. Its not that way on my team the girls get that job, but this month that changed.
I think I got alot out of the month, I plan on going back to eating meat. But I know that I can go a meal with out it. I can go a month with out it, so its now a nice thing to have, not a nesseacity.
