If you had told me this time last year that I would end up back in Africa, i would have probably said ok. While now I am getting ready to head to Africa again, back to a country that has so much beauty and yet so much hurt.
I have the privilege of leading a group of teens on an ambassador trip with adventures. My team will be 17 teens of the early college and late high school age groups. I have the incredible honor to lead this trip with a co-leader her name is Haley. I have yet to actually meet her but I have talked to her some over the past few weeks, and know that we will have lots of fun leading this group of crazies into what God has for them.
While the trip is a mission trip and I will be dong missions work while there my main ministry will be those on the trip with me, serving them loving them walking with them into the Love of a father and to see that he is so much more than we could think.
The group is made of 15 Women and 2 guys and then me and my co-leader. I look forward to getting the chance to pour into the men and share all that God has done for me and in me, I look forward to getting to love on the Women, by showing them what a brothers love is like full of honor and love.
This trip I know is going to be amazing, I can’t wait, its back to Africa for me.
Before I leave I will write another blog with information about how you can be praying for me and the team, and I look forward to sharing all the stories when I come back to america, that is unless I just stay. (it has crossed my mind…) But I won’t not this time.
