Just a random list of things I learned on the World Race 🙂
1. You really do not need to shower or wear a different outfit everyday.
2. Construction is fun! Hard labor is free exercise and you get results 😉
3. Movies and TV shows are fun to watch in groups and a great way to bond
4. Not having to know what is going on all the time at home is OK
5. God is faithful and will provide always
6. Internet can really be found in every country
7. Blogging is actually a great way to witness to people
8. Pictures and videos are a great way to remember your journey
9. Prayer really does make all the difference in the world
10. Trying new things can be scary, but saying “Yes” really opens doors
11. God’s family is vast and there are incredible people all over the world
12. Everyone is different, but through Christ we are connected
13. God’s creation is beautiful and stars twinkle
14. Worship looks different in other places, but it is all for the Lord
15. Spiritual warfare is real and will affect people in different ways
16. God is so much greater than we give Him credit for
17. God has gifted us all differently and to trust in our identity in Him
18. We are stronger and more capable of doing things than we think
19. It’s OK to not be in control all the time because God is sovereign
20. Love truly conquers all and is all people need everywhere
21. Trust in the promptings from the Holy Spirit, Spirit is speaking always
22. Being a part of new cultures is so cool, take the opportunities to learn
23. It is worth exploring and going to local landmarks, time off is great
24. Truly need to lean on God’s strength, because the Race is tiring
25. Learn card games or other games! Always fun and easy way to connect
