The above are the 3 words I will use to describe Training Camp.
Nature:
To be honest I am not the most outdoorsy person in the world, but I learned to adapt pretty quickly to the spiders and the bugs. I got bit well over 15 times, but that's OK, because despite being uncomfortable, my dependency on God grew. God's creation is good and beautiful.

Tents:
Yes, sleeping in tents for most of the time at Training Camp isn't the most ideal situation, but honestly, I learned to appreciate having a roof over my head and staying dry when it rained at night. I am definitely thankful for Heather and her hospitality. Otherwise, I would not have had a tent to sleep in! God provides and I am so lucky to have what I have.

Community:
#N Squad has taught me a lot about community and I am truly honored to have such amazing brothers and sisters in Christ to share this journey with! 🙂 Who would have thought that 58 strangers could come together so quickly and work together through all the challenges thrown at us? Only because of the love of Christ Jesus and our belief in Him could this be possible.

Overall, when asked, "How was Training Camp?" I would say it was life-changing, amazing, and so worth the experience. I also definitely have a whole new appreciation for nature, tents, and community. 🙂 I am more ready now than ever before for the next 11 months!
