Here is a list of how the travel day went – more of a WR style than the first one but still an easy travel day.
- 4 am -Liz's alarm woke her, Lisa, and myself up. Liz jumped right up (such a morning person lol).
- 4:20 am – Sat up – after falling back a sleep a few times
- 4:30 Got up when Liz came back to make sure we had gotten up (Thanks Liz!)
- Before 5 am – Got packed and ready to go
- 5am – bus was supposed to arrive
- 6am – still wating on the bus and saying good-by to all at Zion's Gate
- 6:30am – Bus arrives! It was a nice bus too! Way to go Emily M. & Jordan!
- 6:40am – noticed that the bus clock sad 5 am (so was it actually late?)
- 7am – leaving Zion's Gate
- 9:05 – arrive at the boarder of Honduras
- 10:27 – make it through all check points in Honduras and El Salvador (was told that it was an unusually fast time at boarder crossings)
- 10:40 – the bus stoped for gas and we got snacks and streached our legs! (intresting fact about El Salvador: Their currency is USD! It was/is strange to see)
- 3:30 – Arrived at our Hostel in El Salvador!
I slept through most of the trip so I don't know if anyhting intresting happened…but this is our travel day in a nut shell. But I hear that they get more and more exciting in other countries!
