Today is the day that I have been wating for since I first heard about the World Race in 2008 or 9! Today is the day that my World Race starts! O squad will be meeting in DC for a few days of training before heading out to our first country: Honduras.
People are asking me:
If I am ready – YES!
Do I have everything I need – I hope so.
Is there anything I pray about – YES!
Here are a few things that me. my team, and my squad could all use prayer for:
- safety / good health
- That we all develop a culture of prayer – I'm not talking about at meals, church, or when making a big decision, but rather prayer for all the small things, remembering to pray without ceasing, always talking to God.
- That we learn to listen to the voice of God and have the willingness to do what he says. – More so than we already do.
- That we will be open and honest with each other and that we unify at one body more than we already have
