John 2:1-5 “On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him. ‘They have no more wine.’ ‘Dear woman, why do you involve me?’ Jesus replies ‘My time has not yet come.’ His mother said to the servants, ‘Do whatever he tells you.'”
In this passage, we see how Mary believes in her son and looks for opportunities to bring out the best in Jesus. She believes in the greatness within HIm and invites Him to work in the impossible as one who is fully man and the Son of God. Thank you Mom for believing in me and encouraging me to strive for more than I believe I can and am willing to do at times. I love you!
