My first financial deadline is coming up on June 29th. I need to have $3,500 in my WR account in order to continue preparing to leave in September. There will be 4 different squads launching in September, and all 4 will be traveling a different route. I am part of the U Squad which currently has 75 people on it. If we all reach our deadlines we will be leaving together and traveling to China, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, India, Nepal, Ukraine & Romania.
On this journey my squad and I will partner with churches and ministries in local communities to share the Gospel, work in orphanages, teach English, pray for the sick, minister to victims of human trafficking, construction/painting, and anything else their community may need help with.
God is calling me to step out of my comfort zone, and I am ready to follow His lead. I am ready to leave behind all of the comforts I am used to in order to be the hands and feet of Jesus. I am ready to bring hope to the hopeless and love on those who need it most. I am ready to make a difference in the world and make everyday count instead of just going through the motions.
