Alas! I am less than two weeks away from embarking on THE adventure of a lifetime! I still have nearly $7,000 to raise and my goal is to be fully funded by the time I launch on October 2nd. Impossible? I think not…thanks to Roux on Canton (the restaurant I have worked for all summer).
