I just want to say that I'm so grateful to have her as a friend. She has a strong yet sweet spirit and she knows how to draw out God's goodness within us. She spent a lot of time putting this food blog together and she has graciously let me copy her work into this blog.
Please take some time and read up on her journey as well!

Mozambique was probably the hardest month. I went through a lot of culture shock and no meat shock! haha! As a carnivore that was torture! We also couldn't drink the water so we had to buy A LOT of bottled water. That's water for about 50 people, in the hottest and most humid place I've ever been in my life.
So, this is where part of your donation goes… To keep me alive! 🙂

Praise Report: I received a $250 donation from my teammate's (Alison) church. Her church gave the same amount to two other people in our team to help us stay on the field.
