“Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:12-14

Happy Fathers Day!

If there was one thing I want you to know today, dad, it is that I am proud of you for pressing on towards the goal. I see these verses come alive in how you live your life. I see you living for the present, making the most out of every day. I see God changing your heart and your desires, the more you grow closer to Him. I see a man becoming more of the person, more of the husband, more of the friend, and more of the father God has designed him to be. Thank you for your hard work. Thank you for your heart. Thank you for all the love you pour out to me, through your words, through your actions, and through your prayers. I love you and I hope that you have a wonderful Father’s Day. Love, Christie
