I can say with 100% certainty that I am exactly where God
wants me to be. It’s a weird feeling, something I can say that I am not used to
experiencing and something that I’ve always desired. I am completely at peace
knowing that I am walking in the path that God has laid before me. I don’t know
how the year is going to end up—I’m trying not to have any expectations or
assumptions—but regardless of
details,
God is in control, and I don’t have to worry about anything. Do you understand
how absolutely amazing that is? No, I know you don’t, because I didn’t either
until just recently. But to just touch on the topic briefly, it is absolutely
wonderful. I think before I have shared the verse Isaiah 26:3
You keep in perfect peace, those whose mind
is stayed on you. Well friends, I have this
perfect peace and the confidence that goes along with knowing that
I am on the straight and narrow. It is amazing! This whole experience known as
the World Race began as me needing to step out in faith and trust that God would
be my protector and my strength. I am already beginning to see the realness and
truthfulness of that and I look forward to many more times that God will ask me
to step out in faith, and for the peace that comes from trusting Him. Amen!
