It amazes me the way that God has been working in my life ever since the day that I felt him giving me my calling. I have always had an issue with talking in front of groups of people, even if it was a group as small as ten people. My youth pastor invited me to share my testimony at youth group one Wednesday night. Needless to say it was a stressful time, but God gave me the strength to get up and say what needed to be said. A few days later my youth pastor dropped a bomb on me. They wanted me to give a scripture in front of the whole church on a Sunday morning. Then the next week over spring break we had discipleship, and on Wednesday night we got up in front of the youth group and each gave a small message and that was slightly stressful but I did surprisingly well. Earlier in the day on Wednesday my youth pastor told me instead of giving the scripture on Palm Sunday they wanted me to give it on Easter. I began to freak out and was very stressed. I was going to have to get up in front of the church on the biggest Sunday of the year. I was praying asking for strength and the words to say, and I survived through it. The ways that God is taking me out of my comfort zone is crazy and I am very thankful for the strength he has given me.
