Hey Y’all!

First off I am now only $250 away from being fully funded!!!!! Let’s keep this puppy rolling until the end!

On the other hand, today we spent most our time in Guatamala City renewing our visas. It was a little boring and felt like I was sitting at a DMV, but I got to watch a lot of Netflix. The ride there was like an hour so I slept there and back. Over the race I am realizing more and more that I am not a city person. I like the small villages and the mountains. I have been home sick the past few days however. I have really been craving driving my car and seeing my family, not to mention my bed. The thing I have been craving the most is rockclimbing. I’m glad I get back in the summer so I will have tons of time to go! I miss winter tho too. I wish I could see snow and bundle up blankets to watch a movie with my friends and family. Guatamala is super amazing, if you wanna see where I’m living at the moment look up Antigua, Guatamala! It has some amazing Spanish influence and massive volcanoes. There is also several fastfood areas such as Taco Bell and Wendys! Antigua is also a very larg tourist and backpacker area which is cool to see all the culture clash and also see other people who are from America outside the Worldracers I’m with. However it also stresses me out, the way some people act and the the things they do and say make me slightly panic sometimes. I get worried how locals and others will form opinions on Americans based off of these few exsamples. Never the less I am excited to give them a hole other opinion based off how I act. I love building the relationships here with locals! Tomorrow I will tell you about my ministrie and the amzing relationships I’m building through that!

Much Love,

Christiaan
