The World Race to me is…
*A year to minister and share the love of Jesus Christ with the World!!
*To be stripped of all the comforts of home!!
*To get to know a whole new family!!
*To live out of a backpack!!
*To not be limited by the American Dream instead be limitless in the power of Jesus Christ!!
*To eat all new kinds of food!!
*To not have ice in my drinks (I know it is a small thing but…)!!
*To not have instant communication with family and friends back home!!
*To be able to just listen to my savior!!
*To be able to take in God’s creation and savor it!!
*To allow God to mold me and make me a new creation in Him!!
I look at the World Race as an opportunity to strip away everything that is an encumbrance in my life and just focus COMPLETELY on my relationship with Jesus Christ as well as serve Him and show His love to people that have not experienced it!!
