For a long time, I have had a personal goal to write and publish a book. After years of study, prayer and work, I have finally accomplished that goal. Scratch “Published Author” off the bucket list.
My new book, which released May 12, 2019, is called Body and Soul. It’s a 30 day devotional for spiritual growth and fitness. As many of you know, I have been an athlete since a young age. I love to run. I am frequently outdoors, finding fun ways to sweat. Though it probably doesn’t look like it, I do go to the gym and lift weights. Fitness has been a part of my life for a long time.
My new book uses basic principles of fitness and health as an analog for spiritual growth.
