Training camp has left me speechless. God has spoken so many things into my heart. Below is a breakdown of how God moved in me each day….

Day 1: – Missed my Flight (10/19/2016)

On day one I missed my flight, as I was confused on which airport I was attending. Not happy, as I tend to be an ontime person. Good news is God intended me to be on the later flight. I ended up sitting next to a Pastor of a Church in Maine, who blessed me with his wisdom, experience, and love of the Lord. He asked me to speak at his church sometime in November. Wow! God has a great plan for us, even if we do not see it.

Day 2: – Healing, feeling the holy spirit (10/20/2016)

During worship I felt healing and brokenness. God spoke to me deeply. I felt his presence saying God’s perfect Grace brought me to this deliverance. What a far journey from where I have been. My life has been a testimony of his grace. God has a plan for me, as I am his.

Day 3: – Forgiveness (10-21-2016)

Lord has an awesome promise for those who forgive. I prayed for those who hurt me to have blessings in their lives. The past is the past. By the power of the divine holy spirit, I forgive all. I am free!!!!!!!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank Jesus for all you did for me on this day. Praise your name.

I can do all things through God who strengths me. I completed the 3 mile hike with our bag with 4 minutes to spare! This was glorious news, as I am going on the race for sure! ๐Ÿ™‚

Day 4: – Body of Christ (10-22-2016)

This day God showed me how we are the body of Christ. John 16:7-10. For now on I look at the bible from a new point of view. The Law defines sin, so the law is good, however the holy spirit convicts. Holy spirit does not condemn, it convicts. – Romans 8:9

All believers are partners with the holy spirit. The Holy spirit wants partnership with you.

Day 5: – Man Hike (10-23-2016)

This was an interesting 12 miles that God carried me through. At times I felt I could not make it, however the holy spirit came over. God gave me strength. As a group of 12 brothers we bonded as a whole. God used this experience to knit us into his body as one.

I will not divulge too much about this day. It is something all brothers who attend training camp must experience for themselves.

Day 6: – Holy Spirit had us bond (10-24-2016)

What a night! The holy spirit lifted us up. We become vulnerable with each other as a whole group. What a healing/blessed experience. We prayed for each other. Loved one another. Cried and become one as a whole team of 50+ people. The amount of love God showed me was amazing. Two staff members did a healing session with me earlier, which made the experience  much more impact. In his wisdom God prevailed. As his son, and heir to Kingdom, I will do his will!

Day 7: – Who speaks to us (10-25-2016)

This day God reviled who also speaks to us. We know God does, however so do we. We have our own desires. The enemy tries to trick us. The world speaks to us through education, culture, parents, etc. The voice we need to learn to listen to is the Holy Spirit, which consist of love, truth, patience, etc. ๐Ÿ™‚ – John 3:4, states we are his sheep.

Day 8: – Glorious Day (10-26-2016)

Today my team was chosen out of the 50+ squad members. What an awesome group of 7 to spend the first three months with (Austin/Faith, Natalie, Leann, Liz, Brad). God did this. Not Adventure in Missions; certainly not myself, but God. He wants us to bond and build the Kingdom as a unit.

Day 9: – Evangelizing (10-27-2016)

Do not worry. The Holy Spirit will give you the power to say what you need to say. This was more of us learning about the different religions we will encounter on the race.

Day 10: – Last Day/Night (10-28-2016)

This was a bitter sweet day. Knowing the day was ending, yet we would see each other again in January for launch. What an amazing Journey. After squad wars, we danced at campus. What God has done at this training camp it is a direct testament to his divine power. The love I was showed has made a permanent impact on my soul.

Praise Jesus for all the healing, love, unity, defeat, we all felt.

At the airport the next day, Jesus gave us the opportunity to pray for a broken man, his wife, and child.

Jesus touches unclean things and makes them clean. Truth with Christianity is this: if there are people, there is ministry.
