Wuddup fam?!
I’m writing this with frozen fingers and a runny nose from Limuru, (outside of Nairobi) Kenya! Yep—ya heard: KENYA. and cold weather. Not what I was expecting being in Africa either. We’re higher up in elevation that I expected, but I’m DEFINITELY not complaining. Rolling green hills with lush trees or cleared land for farming encompasses this place. Sunrises have been unforgettable. Kenyans are some of the most hospitable folks I’ve ever met.
We’ve been here for three days, resting in a beautiful house that overlooks the rolling farmland, and I’m already in love with EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE—we haven’t even reached our official contact yet.
Not until tomorrow anyway.
Early in the AM tomorrow, we ship out to finally meet up with our contact for this month: the pastor of the Maasai Mara tribe on the Kenyan game reserve.
Feel free to freak out hardcore—because I sure did.

Anything that I say about these people will probably pale in comparison with what you can research on the internet, but for time’s sake—just know that they are a legit tribal community that has preserved it’s culture over the years—making them a very famous African tribe—and we get to love on and serve alongside them for the sake and glory of the gospel.
Every tribe tongue and nation will hear of Jesus’ unfailing love!!
With that being said, internet will be practically non-existent—with the exception of an internet stick for emergencies—so I’ll probably won’t be getting online again for quite some time. (yay!)
Words can’t explain how pumped I am for these weeks we get to spend with this community for the sake of our Lord. I can’t wait to fill y’all in on what He does!
Thank y’all for your prayers over these past eight+ months. Can we EVER fathom just how LEGIT our Father God is?! Jeez, Just soak up His overflowing unceasing love!
Keep praying for this journey too—as I know things can only get more mind-blowing from here!
