This blog post is dedicated my amazing team I have lived with for the past 4 months

We have served together in Burma, nepal, india and Belize. We have laughed toghether, cried together, got sick toghether, preached together, painted together, picked leaches off each other toghether, hiked together, ate together, taught together, worked together….and sang this song together. A lot.

WILD I Am. By vocal few

lyrics changed to Wild WE ARE by new kids

“We‘’ve been walking around this town

we decided we don’t ever wanna be another face in the crowd
weve been talking to people We meet
Saying, “weve been thinking about leaving and we’re taking next to nothing with me”

And We know that public opinion says that We should settle down
But there’s something inside our hearts that fights against the crowd

And it is wild, wild, wild, we are.

weve been thinking of things I don’t know
And we’re not about to settle with the present if our heart wants to go
You’ve got your convictions and weve got ours
But if you’re trying to tame the lion Us, it’ll be a waste of your time

And we know that public opinion says to be a realist
But if you tame the beast in us, then we would not exists.

‘Cause we are wild, wild, wild, we are.
‘Cause were wild, wild, wild, we are.“

Team New kids, thanks for being wild with me. Thanks for truely understanding the lyrics to this song, and the crazy live we have lived this last year together. It’s been a joy to serve the Lord together, and LIVE ministry together. Thank you for challenging me and encouraging me to keep going, and to keep Jesus first! I will miss you all as we get on new teams for the last few months, but this will forever be OUR SONG. WILD WE ARE.

Wild For Jesus.
