Me and my girl Jessica. The second I saw her, I felt instantly connected to her, like she’s my lil person.
Her father died the day after she was born. Because of this, her Hindu family thought she was bad luck. They left her at the hospital, Unwanted. Unloved.
Today, Jessica lives with 17 older “sisters,” In a home run by one woman. This woman takes the unwanted in, and loves them as her own. Jessica is now a happy, spirited, loved girl. Because someone DID something. They loved in action.
