I love seeing the ways that God provides for me on a daily basis. Although it may be small, its still His plan. I am truly blessed by the Abba Father.
I now have a job until I leave for the race! I’m so excited to be working! God has provided a wonderful job as a nanny with an amazing family and baby. I’m also giving a few massages here and there for some extra money. I also hope to babysit to fill in my time when I’m not working.
If you are looking for a way to support me in a fun, creative or tangible way (or even a birthday way, I turn 25 next week!), I still have two HUGE needs before training camp exactly a MONTH from now. I am in need of a 70 oz (or about that) CamelBak Water Resevoir/Bladder (no backpack, just the bladder). I am also in need of the Osprey Raincover for my backpack. During training camp we go on hikes with our packs and even do a camp out a few miles from camp. This is why I am in need of the bladder (my pack has a slot for it!), and the rain cover, because I hear that Georgia weather is very unpredictable. A few months ago, it rained on one of their trips. If you’d rather shop somewhere else, I know that these items are available at stores like REI and others. If you’d rather support me in a different way, I need a LOT of help with immunizations and insurance specifically. Insurance will cost me about $500-$700 for the entire trip. This is a huge cost to me, but can be made easier with your help. I am in no way an insurance guru, but know that I need it and its better with it, just in case something happens. Immunization costs will vary, but there are several that have a series of two or three at $30-50 each. Again, another huge cost to me with everything else I need to supply.
