[a bit of a delay in posting. my apologies.]

.sunrise over Angkor Wat.

.teaching dance for the village kids.

.teaching self-defense to the women and girls of the village. sadly, the majority of these beautiful daughters of God will put these skills to the test. It was a blessing to teach them techniques to help them defend themselves from those who would take advantage of them.

.my sweet little man, “Wren”. I called him “Wren” because he was the most whimsical boy I have ever met. I would share his real name with you; however, I have no idea how to phonetically spell it. I miss him.

[month 10 lifelong prayer]
my sweet Chari. I could go on and on about her darling personality, her delightful smiles, and her unending desire to fix my hair and nails. She is so dear to me. I miss her.
And………….an additional photograph as a treat! Literally, this was a treat in Cambodia. “balut” – boiled duck fetus. I apologize in advance for any mental trauma caused by this photograph. If you want to feel better, just imagine what I had to go through to eat it…twice.
