once again i’m entering into a new season on the Race. right before we were supposed to leave our month 5 debrief (which was awesome!) Sean Smith informed my team and another team that they had made some team changes.
What! this isn’t supposed to happen… they’re supposed to tell us like at least a week before they change things up. wrong.
change happens all the time. and we learn from it and grow from it… it’s beautiful. even when it’s painful or scary.
we found out that
Justin and Tiffany were being moved to team Willow. it was really hard to say goodbye to two people that i’ve been with literally 24/7 for the past 5 months, but i had such peace about this change that it made it a little easier.
I am definitely going to miss seeing their faces everyday though. they are truly like a brother and sister to me in every way. <3
and i’m so excited to see how God is going to move in them through this season. i’m so thankful for everything they did for me and all the crap they put up with. love yall! ๐
Charles is now our new leader

and
Alison was also added to our team.

I’m so freaking pumped that i get to hang out and serve Jesus with these to amazing people. they are both on fire for Christ and i know that they are going to help bring this team into greater things.
now introducing….Team Radiant Change!
(we got to pray/ play in the Himilayas!)
Isaiah 60:5 says, “Then you will look and be radiant, your heart will throb and swell with joy; the wealth on the seas will be brought to you, to you the riches of the nations will come.”
We each have something that radiantly shines through all of us because of Christ; and with every place we go to, each person we meet, we are going to change the atmosphere because of it!
(worship in the mountains)
Team Radiant Change is currently in Kathmandu, Nepal. and let me just say it is SO BEAUTIFUL here. maybe the most beautiful places i’ve been to.
this month is going to be full of different ministry’s such as…
-
going to a village for 2 days for Baptism ministry! i’ve never been apart of that so i’m excited
-
house visits and church services in Kathmandu
-
going to a village for 5 days and building a church
-
another village for 1 week and working on a school and evangelising… i think.
we’ve already done prayer walking around the city and had a church service this morning! we leave for the villages on tuesday and we’ll be there for about 2 weeks and i have no idea what it’s going to be like. but i’m PUMPED. ๐
i can already feel the change in my spirit since we had team changes and arrived in Nepal. i’m growing in a season of independence and in my identity in Christ. so far it’s been going good, but at the same time i have a weird feeling. so please be in prayer for me! and my team as well. ๐
i love you all and miss everyone back home!!
