Here’s the question everybody has been asking…what do you expect to get out of this trip?
So this is a little of what I expect and want:
- I expect to be completely wrecked.
- I expect for my whole world be turned upside down, in an AMAZING way though!
- I expect to miss my family like I have never before
- I expect to make relationships with complete strangers that will become family, people who I will call my friends for a lifetime!
- I expect to see things I never thought possible
- I want be the hands and feet of Jesus
- I want to hold the babies that nobody else wants to
- I want to give the kids love and affection, things that they have never experienced
- I want to rescue girls out of sex trafficking
- I want to help build churches so strong and make the people even stronger in faith, that the devil doesn’t even think about messing with them
- I want to experience different cultures
- I want to try foods that I never thought I would
- I want to do things I never in a million years thought I would do
- I want to see Jesus at work right in front of my face
- I want to completely rely on Jesus every single day
- I want to be more like Jesus
- I want to know more about Jesus
- I want to be selfless
I could seriously go on and on about what I expect and what I want, but I know even though this is what I expect, I know that what is going to happen is going to be completely different. So therefore I just expect the unthinkable. I also expect for my world to be rocked!!
