My expectations for the World Race:

–I expect to become an expert airport navigator.

–I expect to fall in love with my teammates.

–I expect to be irritated with and irritating to my teammates at times.

–I expect alot of diarrhea.

–I expect to cry…tears of joy, love, pain, and heartache. (I know this is shocking to many of you…but I have lived with Brandi Galarza for a year…and Jacqui Yaun is my person…it was bound to happen sometime.)

–I expect to be changed…in what ways I have no idea, but I do know that after this experience I will never be the same.

–I expect to witness Heaven kissing Earth…how will that look? Well now, that’s the exciting part, seeing God reveal himself in the most amazing ways.

–I expect to eat things that would make my roommate gag. (despite her triumphant accomplishment of eating Dog Soup.)

–I expect to make memories of a lifetime…and to fill my very own quote book. (just like Carrie Jones would do.)

–I expect my heart to be broken for the things that I see and the injustices in the world.

–I expect for God to give me a purpose through my brokenness.

But most of all I am expecting the unexpected…because I serve a great God “…that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think…” (Ephesians 3:20)
