Hello friends, I'm here with fundraising news and prayer requests, two things I very much want you to know.
My first fundraising deadline is quickly approaching. By September 27th, I need to have raised $3500. As you can see, I'm not there yet. I invite you to consider contributing by clicking the "Support Me" link on the left side of this page. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
To meet this deadline, checks need to be mailed in by September 13th, and online donations need to be completed by September 24th in order to guarantee that they are processed in time to meet your first deadline.
To you who have given already, THANK YOU!! With every gift, this trip becomes more possible.
I also ask you to pray for me. Here's what you can pray for:
-The boldness to approach people to ask for support
-Creativity in support raising
-That the people God wants to use to donate money to me and my fellow racers would be inspired to do so
