You may be wondering about the title of this blog/video…

The story behind it involves Moise (Moses), our kind, down-to-earth pastor in which we had the pleasure of living and working with during our month in Rwanda. At least once per day, usually during mealtimes, Pastor Moses would waltz into the room declaring that he had an announcement. After most of us had fallen silent, he would typically shout, “I still love you!”

Pastor Moise is joyful and whimsical and set the tone for our month on day 1, when he pranked us all into simultaneously presenting a ridiculous combination of thigh slapping and snapping when we entered his home- convincing us it was a tradition in order for guests to be welcomed into a Rwandan home.

That being said, here is a video recapping all of the love and whimsy of our final month in Africa. And even though we are six hours and a couple continents away, I still love you Rwanda!
