Hello loved ones! I pray that you are all doing fantastic and having a great time with all that is going on in your life. God is being glorified left and right in all of our lives and I just want to celebrate! He is so good all the time and He is always loving us. Our Father is SO great at being a loving Dad, His Son is Sooooo Awesome and loves to party with us and His Spirit is tremendously gifted at loving us too. The dynamic of the Holy Trio (haha, I really like that) is one that first loved us and it is one seriously great thing to know that you are endlessly loved by THE Royal Family. What a great thing it is to be a human son or daughter of a super terrific Dad!
This past week, our loving God extravagantly blessed my life with a sea of treasures from His Kingdom: I got to go to training camp and be with my Squad! Honestly, I don’t think God could have put a better group of people on my heart for this next season. From the moment I got there until the moment I left, God was blessing me by looking at them, talking to them, praying for them, hugging them, crying for them, picking up trash with them, sleeping in their tents next to them, dancing like a mad woman with them, worshipping with them, getting the privilege to let them know that Jesus loved them FIRST (that was bonkers!), picking their Race teams with my co-leader Erin (who is an incredible woman, by the way), seeing their smiles when they realized God was blessing them and even more when they turned around and chose to bless His name. Our Father used Erin and me in so many ways and He filled in every blank when our human efficiencies had nothing left. He was so present in everything because He wanted the best for all of His children, including Erin and me. We were so honored to be such an integral role in helping set them up for success on their up and coming World Race and I am just excited I was around to see Him swarm them with His glory.
This position as a Squad Leader over 61 people from all walks of life and having the greatest trust and respect for the woman I am leading with has showed me so much of God’s love that I was convinced I was going to throw up with just how great it all was. To know that God loves you and Jesus has taken care of all the burdens you will ever have really frees you up to live a lot of really great life here on earth. Knowing that God is just bananas about everything you do and that He always wants you to know that He loves you is a simple and supernaturally wonderful concept. He is so great and it is so special to have a chance to be able to use the love you already know to affect the hearts of those around the world. He is such a good Father! Jesus is such a good Son! Holy Spirit is so good at waking us up to love! What a great thing it is to have them on our side!
I will let you all know more about Squad Leading as soon as I can but I do want to take the time to let you all know just how much I appreciate your prayers and thoughts. You’re an awesome group of supporters and you bless me every time to talk about my ministry and I, in turn, am set with the Lord so that can bless others. Thank you for all that you’ve done!
