If you ask a World Racer "How are you?" you might get a wide array of answers. They may range from "I'm in a season", or "Just listening", or my personal favorite "I'm processing".

Coming to 11 countries in 11 months has really made me see the fruits of processing, AKA wrestling with God. I say wrestling not in "are you sure you believe?" Rather, I have received so much peace from having no choice but to run to God and my God-given community  to survive. I have had no choice but to grow, and for my team's sake, come alongside those on the journey with me and help them find their own answers from God.

Too often when we see things in our lives that are problematic with our faith of "victory in Christ", we shut down and go into survival mode. But from what I've experienced on the Race, that's not what God wants. God is more interested in how we chose to respond to poverty, lonliness, anger, and lack of heaven on earth. It's always a messy process, but in the end, it's always been worth it.

It has been said that I have a pastoral calling, and my ministry after the Race will be relational. After some serious praying, I have decided to do something those giftings. That is why in the middle of January, I will attending the Center for Global Activation. (their webpage: http://www.adventures.org/GlobalAction/)

The Center for Global Activation is a program by Adventures in Missions that trains you up through community to achieve what God has set on your heart for the Kingdom. For me, that is a dream that involves living in poverty, being a light unto the people, and shepherding people through the processes of exposure and faith through short term mission trips. This is a new "vision" for me in terms of what God has next, but I can say that I have never felt more at peace with this part of my journey .

I am asking you to parner with me again on this journey. For a one year term the cost is going to be $3,600. This will pay for everything I need while being trained (housing, food, and training). That is $300 a month. I have applied for the scholarship program, which pays for one month's expenses. Will you please join me in support for this journey?
