Tanzanaia has come to an end and we are heading onto our eight month (last month of Africia- Uganda). I thought I would end this month with some photos.
These are twin girls- everytime they saw me they would run to me for a hug.They just desired love.
These girls have my heart and I just fell in love with them.
We taught the kids in the community almost everyday- teaching about God’s love and playing games.
We loved the kids. They really made our month-reviving our spirits, giving us life, and teaching us how to be children again!
We also preached and taught the word of God everyday. We all overcame the fear of standing in front of people and really spoke in boldness and confidence- Praise God!
Plus we danced alot!
( I am working on my dance moves- I will never be as good as Africans. They have got some moves!)
Here are some fun things we have had to do living the simple life- wash our clothes by hand, squatty potties, and bucket showers.
We visited Zanzibar Island- known for there beaches and antique buildings.
Well that is a bit of our adventure in Tanzania.
We also worked at a school and built relationship with our amazing contacts and family. We made pizza by scratch for a goodbye dinner. The month had a rough start, but God really lifted our spirits and brought back our joy, passion, and laughter
