Missions Trip Payment Deadlines
The total cost of the trip after medical insurance and the re-entry program after the World Race is $16,561. (In the weeks to follow I will post a short breakdown of costs so you will be able to see where it is all going.) The point of this post is to show the amount of funds that needs to be raised by what date.
The total cost of the Race does NOT need to be raised before the launch date (first week of October).
The breakdown of money that is due and when:
$5,000 3 weeks prior to training camp – Due 7/22/2016
$10,000 2 weeks prior to launch – Due 9/16/2016
$13,000 end of 2 months on the field – Due 11/30/2016
$16,561 end of 4 months on the field – Due 1/31/2017
Thank you to all that have partnered with me in prayer and finances so far. As of this past weekend I have reached $2,489.00, which is halfway to my first goal deadline of $5,000 on July 22nd. I have been praying and seeking the Lord concerning this trip. One of the major breakthroughs that I have received is that I haven’t been as discouraged or anxious about finances and if I am “qualified enough” to minister overseas. I have been praying that our team would be immersed in the Father’s heart and the finished work of Jesus on the cross, and also for those who we will be serving alongside of and for those who do not know Jesus- that the Word would run swiftly in Jesus name.
Please be praying that prayer partners will be raised along the way of raising financial partners, because, yes, the money is important, but it is not as important as the truth of Who God is, and people need to see God for Who He is. He is the owner of all the money in the world. We are just stewards of what He has entrusted to us.
I need Jesus. He is the gospel, and without Him there would be no good news. Please be praying that our team would be full of Holy Spirit, and that we would have the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 1:17).
