Praise God for Guatemala and what He’s doing in this area!  Here’s some highlights from our all squad month of ministry.

1.  School Feeding Program: this little girl (never got her name) got a hold of Brenna’s camera and was taking crazy photos of everyone.  I convinced her that she had to take a photo with me.  Look at that smile!

2.  School Feeding Program: these precious girls were in line waiting for their arroz y frijoles; we visited their school for breakfast Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

3.  Orphans: I met Juana y Cristina our first Saturday in this town, our host family serves breakfast every Saturday morning in their home for the neighborhood orphans.

4.  Orphans: Cristina, Andy y Juana hanging around after breakfast.

5.  Widows Reunion in Santa Maria: the widow’s waiting to be fitted for reading glasses.

6.  Widows Reunion in Santa Maria: Betsy and I fitting the widows for reading glasses.  (Fun fact: I used to work for an eye doctor’s office and was able to put those skills to work again, God is good!)

7.  Widow in Santo Domingo Xenacoj: this is German (host) and Hilberta; our ministry for the day was to replace her kitchen made with sugar cane (highly flammable).

8.  Widow in Santo Domingo Xenacoj: Hilberta’s house before

9.  Widow in Santo Domingo Xenacoj: Hilberta’s house after; it took our squad 3 or so hours to complete the task.

10.  Widow in Santo Domingo Xenacoj: nailed it with Allison and Katrina

11.  Widow in Santo Domingo Xenacoj: M Squad.  Loved loved seeing Hilberta’s face afterwards!  Later on, German mentioned how the other widows in the neighborhood were asking for when it would be their turn.  Father God, provide for the widows!

12.  Widows Reunion in Santo Domingo Xenacoj: Toms donated some shoes to GO Ministries!

13.  Widows Reunion in Santo Domingo Xenacoj: fitted this widow with her new kicks.

14.  Widows Reunion in Santo Domingo Xenacoj: in front of German’s home; each widow walked away with a pair of Toms.
