Where do i start Training camp was no where near what i thought it would be. I will name you 11 things i will never forget.

  1. ZERO EXPECTATIONS (if you don’t enter with an open mind, heart & spirit it will be difficult to adjust to the changes)
  2. READY TO RECEIVE HEALING (let it be spiritual or physical come ready to receive all the Lord has for you)
  3. EMBRACE THE STANK (the sweats, the smells, the port-a-potties, & even the gasses)
  4. CULTURE SHOCK (Everyday something out of the ordinary, food, custom, sometimes even language)
  5. BE HAPPY AT ALL TIMES (Even when you’re sleeping under a tarp with 20+ people in a rainy park)
  6. IT’S OK TO CRY (it’s not going to be 10 days of joy, you are going to face challenges on daily basis Philippians 4:13 )
  7. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE (You will never know how much FUN is to DANCE IN THE RAIN UNLESS YOU TRY IT)
  8. YOU ARE ENOUGH (Sharing feelings with other woman’s is not as bad as your brain thinks)
  9. DON’T BE SORRY (If you pray in another language because that’s the way you feel comfortable shoot for it)
  10. LIVING IN COMMUNITY IS AWESOME (ALL you need is THE HOLY SPIRIT, WORD OF GOD, EACH OTHER)
  11. NO NEWS MEANS GOOD NEWS (It’s OK to cut the umbilical cord with your love ones that your always in contact with)
