It is time.
We’ve been waiting.
Growth and change has happened.
We have been stretched.
There has been pain and long nights.
We have prepared and adapted to new things.
We are ready.
The water has broken.
New life is here.
World Race often times does a month where the men are on a team together
and the women are a team together. It is a great opportunity for new areas
of growth.
The two other teams I am serving with this month and I have teased about it
being our ninth month and how that is symbolic for women and pregnancy. We
as women anticipate having children one day. We anticipate the experience,
the change, the pain and the joy of something new in our lives.
I believe this month has potential to be very similar. I believe God wants
to bless us with something new this month. We have been walking with a new
step for eight months; we have experienced much change, challenge, growth
and adjustment.
Like pregnancy and birth, we have the opportunity to experience more
vulnerability this month. We are able to focus on what it means to be the
women God is calling us to be. We have beautiful, gifted, encouraging women
in which to live and grow together.
We have two more weeks and I continue to look forward to the more things
God is going to do and produce in us! Please pray for us women this month
as we seek out what it means to be the women God is calling us to be!
