Many of you may have gotten an email about a new blog update, only to find out that said update did not exist…my bad!!! I accidently sent an unfinished blog that only said the words “hey ya’ll” and then immediately deleted it…so, with that being said….
Hey ya’ll!!!
My World Race has been beyond amazing thus far. A quick recap:
In Alajuelita, Costa Rica, we walked through several barrios offering prayer and services to low income families; we hosted a school sponsorship program that provides students with their necessary school supplies and uniforms; and we hosted a Vacation Bible School in one of the most notorious barrios in Costa Rica and witnessed 40+ kids give their lives to Christ.
In Palacaguina, Nicaragua, having only been here for a week, we have totally leveled a dirt floor, laid a new foundation, and are working to completely build a brand new church and fellowship hall from the ground up. This is the utmost hardest work I ever did do in my little life, yet so rewarding. Today, instead of having church, the entire congregation came to the construction site and picked up hammers, shovels, cement blocks, breaker bars, etc., and went to work on their future church home. I have so many more stories, from digging out a dried up water hole, to wrestling a killer scorpian, to
attending a local univ
ersity and sharing my heart for God with a room
In the meantime, I have 2 requests. Please pray for me. And please send your financial support. I have to raise $3,000 dollars by April 1st in order to stay out here on the mission field and I know with prayer and action this goal is totally accomplishable. So if you can help through donations, prayers, and spreading the word, please do!!!! More to come soon.
