During my three weeks here in Haiti, I have been working in the field of construction. And let me just say I was pumped! Growing up and watching my Dad work in his craft of building things I was excited to apply everything I learned from him.
God told me to think significance.
Significance is accomplished by leaving the world better than you found it. People who feel their lives really matter are the happiest people of all!
Being part of this construction team has changed how I view the world. I definitely have become more of a happy person through this experience. It has allowed me to listen to the needs of others and apply the skills that God has blessed me with.
So let me ask you.
How will you leave this world? Will you find it better than you found it?
No matter where you are in life, you can always leave a lasting mark on someone or with something.
