I would first like to
thank my supporters and their generous donations and prayers. Together we are
having a great impact in the local communities that we serve, touching people
of all ages, all walks of life, and nationalities. From holding babies in
diapers to praying with women convinced they are on their deathbed, I am trying
to fulfill my duty to God and you for providing me such an immense amount of talent
and treasure. Many of you have not only generously donated money, but have
donated your time… directly and indirectly building me into the man that I am
today.

Your support is feeding people physically and
spiritually in Romania as I write this letter. Yesterday I was part of a group
that drove out to middle of nowhere Romania, dropped off food, and checked in
with a Christian family that at one time was hopeless. The family that once was
hardened and hungry are now stable and smiling. Love, food, and materials to
build an extra room have blessed the parents and their 9 children; which sleep
(many times hungry) together in one small bedroom. For the older kids, time
away from work, kicking the soccer ball with Americans is like an all inclusive
trip to Hawaii. To see them jump up and down waving when we arrive and leave is
a testament to this truth.

Check the video of the
children of another village we are working with. At the bottom of the blog! These kids have received
hugs, piggy back rides, watched us put on Bible ‘dramas’, learned Christian
songs, learned about Jesus, received good food, made crafts, played soccer, the
list goes on and on. Most importantly they know they are loved and that there is
more to life then physically/sexually abusive adults, alcoholism, poverty,
sadness, and suffering.

This is just a taste of
the work that God is doing through us. The month of September is right around
the corner, and I’m required to have $11,000 in my support account by the
middle of the month. At this point I have $5,628 and I’m asking again for
donations. I know the Lord will provide and I ask that even if you’re unable to
donate yourself, to share with someone that can. Prayers are always welcome and
greatly appreciated.

2 Corinthians 9

6Remember this: Whoever sows
sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap
generously.
7Each man should give what he
has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God
loves a cheerful giver.
8And God is able to make all
grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you
need, you will abound in every good work.
 9As it is written:
   “He has scattered abroad
his gifts to the poor;
 his
righteousness endures forever.”[a]
 10Now he who supplies
seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store
of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.
11You will be made rich in every way so that you can
be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in
thanksgiving to God.
