For every male that has been on the World Race, three women have been right next to him. That is a 1 to 3 ratio of males to females. On one hand I praise God for creating such adventurous women but on the other hand I am sick at the thought of what the men of my generation are doing.
Where are we men? I want to make it very clear that I am not attacking the men who know that they are serving the Lord exactly where God wants them. You know who you are. What I am going to boldly do is try and offend the men who know that I am talking directly to them.
I want you to ask yourself, is this Chad Mast who is offending me or is this Jesus Christ? Is this God the creator, using one of His children to try and awaken a generation of men who I believe has been stripped of who God truly destined them to be?
The Bible says in
Joel 2:28 “…that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams and your young men shall see visions;…I will pour out My Spirit in those days.” This scripture is coming to pass and the Lord wants this generation to be the start of His move.
I know that part of my call is to rally behind my generation and challenge men to the next level. Jesus was a man of authority, of strength, of confidence and of passion. Do we see that in our men today?
Just four days ago, over 55,000 people called out to God and repented for the sins of America. They cried out to God to have favor over America and awaken the younger generation. I stand firm as a man of God and say that I will rise up to that call.
I no longer care what the world perceives of me. I no longer want to please man but I strive to please my Father. I can feel the move of God all over the world and I know that He wants His sons to rise up to the call. He wants this generation to be the answer to family values, to bless the widow and the orphan, to storm the business world for Christ and to preach the Word to the ends of the earth.
Is the Lord talking to you right now? Do you believe that one man can make a difference? Are you man enough to stand up for what you believe?
Our world says that you cannot do it. I want to say that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. The World Race is looking for men who are willing to give it all up for Christ. Are you ready to trust that God will provide for all?
