Two nights before squad B was supposed to venture out into ministry the word came that the contact that we had decided to go in a different direction. Well, that was not what I wanted to hear. I as the leader of the entire b squad rounded up all the leaders and told them the situation. I actually felt at complete peace and told them that this was what I thrived on. This meant that we had to completely trust in the Lord to make things happen.

So many times we plan so much that it completely takes the Lord out of everything that we do. This was one of those times that the only thing we could do was depend on the Lord. We began to thank the Lord for putting us in this situation of total dependency and praised him for the contacts that we were going to make.
The next day was one that only God could put together. We found a contact named Noe that was praying for exactly what we were doing in town. He had a small group that formed at his house and had been an evangelist for six years. Noe was a family man that was ready to take his ministry to another level and we were ready to help him.
Jake and I proceeded to visit his home and see the part of town that we were going to be ministering in. In doing that Noe took us too many of his friends to pray for healing. One man we laid hands on had cerebral palsy and the smile that radiated off of him after the prayer was infectious. Another girl we prayed for healing of her fever and it left her the minute that we prayed for her. Praise Jesus.

Noe then took us to the immigration office to check up on our visas which expire on the 4th and we need to leave on the 9th. While doing that we found out why we were there and next thing you know one of the immigration officers asked Noe how he could bring Jesus into his life. He prayed for him on the spot, Praise God.

We still had one problem. Where were we going to stay? Well when Jake and I got back from the immigration office our other contact that was facilitating the entire a group said that he found a church that could house the entire b squad. He also said that he found a cook that would prepare three meals a day for everyone as well. Praise Jesus yet again.

So now I sit in our new home for the next two and half weeks. We have half of the group working with Noe and his church plant and the other half working with Olivo Christian Church. I will be working with Olivo church and get this, the pastor has given our group complete control over everything that the church performs. We will be preaching three times a week at services, door to door evangelism, children’s outreaches, sports ministry and a whole lot of praying.

I can feel big things about to happen so stay tuned for some amazing stories. God Bless.
