We are almost halfway through the race so here is some facts about my race and what I have experienced. Thanks for all of the prayers and the support. We are in Kazakstan now. China was filled with a lot of traveling and meeting a lot of cool people and seeing some beautiful country and mountains.

1 This race is one of the best decisions I have ever made. 

2 I have been to places where westerners have never been.
3 I have become an expert at the eastern toilet.
4 I have become friends with Hindus, buddhists, Muslims, those who believe in folk religion, atheists, agnostics and witch doctors.
5 I was a guest of honor at a convention of over 500 Muslims.
6 I met Will Hart and Philip Mantofa.
7 I stayed four nights in a four star hotel for free.
8 I drove a left side drive manual truck on the crazy roads of Myanmar.
9 I have used 8 different currencies.
10 I get all the languages I have learned confused.
11 I have seen beautiful waterfalls, lakes, mountains and landscapes.
12 God has provided for me in crazy ways.
13 I have seen little kids pray and worship like seasoned Christians.
14 I went to teach others, but have learned so much in the process.
15 I have seen hundreds of buddhists temples from the 9th century.
16 I have helped plant a church.
17 I have prayed for and seen hundreds healed in India.
18 I have so much authority in Christ.
19 I have seen a man who struggles to walk receive healing and walk away with no problem which led another man to give his life to christ.
20 I have had the privilege of leading many to life in Christ.
21 I have spent over 450 hours of traveling so far.
22 I have seen the first and third highest mountains in the world.
23 I have bungee jumped in Nepal.
24 I have had divine appointments placed in front of me many times.
25 I have eaten scorpions.
26 My views on many things have changed.
27 God’s love should drive all that I am doing.
28 At times the race is hard, but God is always good.
29 I have not been really sick just a few days of stomach problems.
30 I learned that how good is it when brothers dwell together in unity.
31 I have met amazing people from all over the world.
32 Western China is beautiful.
33 I have been at 15,000 feet on a bus and lived at 12,000ft
34 I have had many funny interactions with the language barrier.
35 Street food in Thailand is the best.
36 I will never complain about road construction again in America after 19 hours in a bus in Nepal.
37 I have seen bodies burn on the Ganges and human skulls on the shore.
38 It took 29 hours traveling by bus across western China to Almaty Kazakhstan.
39 I feel confident traveling anywhere in the world.
40 I helped teach a mission conference Myanmar.
41 The Jesus in us has a magnetic effect on people.
42 People are looking for a living God.
43 Driving six hours to see a friend does not sound that bad anymore.
44 The Taj Mahal is amazing.
45 Living in community is fun and challenging at the same time.
46 I put the name expedition to the test as we hiked to remote villages In Nepal.
47 Driving in foreign countries is ordered chaos.
48 God is all about relationships.
49 I want to Focus on building up the local church on short term missions trips.
50 I have made friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.
