I have packed up my life into a 73 liter bag and now I am living in Cambodia for 3 months. it was the weirdest feeling when I was struggling to figure out what items I would need or want for a year of living far away from home. but I finally was able to zip up my bag and get on a plane. what I packed…

first of all I decided not to bring my tent mainly because I didn’t want to lug it around but also I figured I wouldn’t be NEEDING it much unless I was wanting to put it up inside because I would want my personal space…and I’m not one who necessarily needs personal space;) so as far as it goes for gear, I brought…

A sleeping bag,

sleeping sheet,

sleeping pad,

Eno and Eno net.

then for cosmetics I packed…

dr. boners soap,

baby wipes,

vitamin e oil,

some very simple makeup products.

q-tips,

toothbrush + toothpaste,

dry shampoo

and of course tons of tampons.

bug spray

and sunscreen

and the most important thing I put in my bag was my essential oils and some supplements. so all of that together was in about two packing cubs that weighed a lot a lot. so then for clothes I packed…

1 pair of jeans

1 pair of jogger work out like pants

1 pair of linen joggers

1 long skirt

2 pairs of Patagonia baggies

 8 teeshirts

 1 nice linen shirts

1 chambray

1 sweatshirt

then I brought about 24 pairs of underwear not including the 5 I brought to open on Christmas!! packed one normal bra then 4 sports bras 2 bra-lets and a assortment of different socks.

then I brought 4 pairs of shoes, chacos, birks, tennis shoes and vans.

so y’all that is now my earthly life all packed up in one bag. and for any future races I hope this helps you figure out what you may want to packed up form your life back home.
