FIRST DAY OF MINISTRY IN THE DR

(Get Excited)

Everyone meet this sunshine!! This is the sweetest little girl I have ever layed my eyes on. We also learned she loved us as much as we did her as she got a bit up set when one of the other children took a picture she made for our teammate, Dasia! Haha ((go visit here blog for more insight on that Story))

Look at this munchki! Isn’t he adorable! He is as sweet as he looks and really enjoyed rocking squad leader’s, Lucie, hat!

Even with the language barrier, the children managed to drag us outside to make this “cheerleading pose”. They probably got the bright idea from acting as an “Elefante” for an hour before this!

This little one was overwelded with joy when she was able to get ahold of Lucile’s face and a brown marker!

As you probably know, I now little to no Spanish. So, I believe I’ve learned a good amount since only being here for 6 days! I really enjoy saying, “mi nombre es gato” to all the children because they always got tickled by this! As the day at the children center came to an end, I hugged them all and said the goodbyes. Shortly after, I had one of the cuties that I had been working with run up to me, hand me this, hug me tight, and run away. I. LOVE. THEM. Again with the language barrier, she was still able to pick out that my name was Cat and took the effort to draw this for me and write in English for me to have forever! Ah, wild!
