Do Not Give Up!….
I strongly believe these words have spoken loudly to me through the years of growing up! No matter what went down and no matter how many times I was told, “No, not now. God has this calling for you”, or anything that would pull me away from my heart’s desire for missions — I have NOT given up!
The seed was planted at a young age, my heart’s desire for missions — serve and love others — young, old, sick, well, foreign, local, and so on. I have a desire to love on and reach out to ALL! Caring for children for so many years and also having experience working with seniors has been amazing exposure for me.
WHY AM I GOING?
I am going on the World Race because three times already my heart has been filled overflowingly with love towards and from people who may be considered some of the most poor people on the earth, but they are the wealthiest because they have Jesus Christ in their heart. For those I met overseas who don’t know Christ as their personal Savior, I had the opportunity to show love to, pray for, laugh with, and will never forget!
Seeds were planted, praying each and every day as God waters them!
I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?
My help comes from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot be moved;
he who keeps you will not slumber.
