**IMPORTANT MESSAGE: This blog has been edited for safety purposes

Last Monday we arrived in  _____, Viet Nam. Viet Nam is a closed country, so the organization we work with is completely underground. We have to keep everything on the down low for safety, that’s why my blog has a password this month. We want to do everything we can to protect the work of our hosts.

**I’ll also have to block out anything that mentions ministry in the traditional sense, when we leave for safety.**

Much of our  _____ this month is hanging out with college kids from universities all over the city. We meet in English clubs in coffee shops and get to know them. The hope is that we’ll get to invite more kids to club and share our personal stories  _____ _____ _____

Da Nang also happens to be one of the most beautiful places in the world! We live two blocks from the beach, where you see mountains from the sand. (The first day, I could have sworn we ended up in Hawaii…)

Each morning I spend time with the Lord at the beach or drinking a coconut coffee (new personal favorite) before going to English club in the evening.

Afterwards we ask the university students to hang out with us after. (I’m pretty blunt in my persistence…) They get to invite us into their lives a bit more, where we get to learn new place, new food and celebrate their culture a bit more.

So far the students have taken us around town to see the 7 bridges! One of the most famous of the bridges is called, The Dragon Bridge. It that spits fire and water every Saturday and Sunday night, bringing hundreds of people.

It’s amazing that the kids that have come to know  _____ through their English club, now share the  _____ with their friends! Because of their obedience and excitement to know true freedom through _____, they are transforming their friends lives as well. However, much of this is told through whispers and quiet talks in public.

I also have a new team of women I get to serve with! We call ourselves the Seven Wonders.

There’s seven girls in the group and we happened to name ourselves in Siem Reap, Cambodia where Angkor Wat is located.

^^^ That’s me 🙂

Because our _____ is sneakier this month as we work in the “underground,” please pray for conversations and encounters to  _____ _____ with more university students, as well as other travelers staying in our neighborhood.

Thank you so much for your constant prayers and support. I find myself in awe almost daily that I get to live this life, and couldn’t be here without the army of people behind me.
