The month of April my team was in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, India. We were working at Sarah's Covenant Home (SCH) which is a home for orphans with special needs. Some children are physically disabled or mentally handicapped or sometimes both. Working with children who are handicapped has some challenges but it is also very rewarding. Each of us has one child we spend our time there with. This allows us to work on a more individual basis with each child's special needs. We can also grow in a relationship with each child.
