We were asked to write a blog about how we felt before leaving on this mission trip. Here is what I’m expecting…
I’m expecting God to totally wreck me so that I will learn to rely completely on Him.
I’m expecting to be challenged.
I’m expecting to surrender everything to Him.
I’m expecting God to use me through my brokenness.
I’m expecting to be changed and transformed.
I’m expecting to learn a lot about myself and allow God to work on me.
I’m expecting to demonstrate Christ’s love to everyone I come in contact with.
I’m expecting to share the Gospel with people all over the world, from many different religions.
I’m expecting to be refined by God’s holy fire.
I’m expecting this to be one of the hardest things I will ever do in my life.
I’m expecting the unexpected.
