We left the village we were in in India and flew out of Hyderabad on the 1st of the month. Before we flew out we had a mini debrief with our whole squad and got to pray together and seal everything from the month and close the door to our season in India and let God begin to prepare our hearts for Nepal. Then we all got to worship the Lord together as a squad and encourage and speak life over eachother.
We flew to Delhi, India where we rushed to catch our connection flight to Kathmandu, Nepal. We arrived in Kathmandu on the 1st around 4 pm.
Our team, Team Doulos, is staying in Kathmandu in a home that houses women and children who have been rescued from trafficking or have accepted Christ and have been persecuted or shunned by their families.
We are excited to get to live with them, get to know them better and serve and love on them.
They do have mattresses here and we will be eating all of our meals here at the house. It's funny, here in Nepal they only have lunch and dinner, they have a "snack" in the middle of the day as well though.
We are excited to jump into this month of ministry and see what God has planned for the people here!
