Wow I am so excited right now! I am sitting in the hotel room in Sterling Virginia preparing with my team and squad to launch on the 5th. As my emotions settle down from saying all my goodbyes, reality, excitement and anticipation are setting in!
Over the past few days I have been in awe of God's crazy amazing goodness. First of all He blew my mind on Sunday when my pastor and our church body prayed over me to send me out. That was such a huge blessing to feel God's love through my brothers and sisters in Christ and it opened a door for more people to get involved and walk with me on this journey! God provided over $1,000 that day as well and I can't help but stand before Him in awe and overwhelmed by His goodness. I also got to see God working in and through my family these past couple of days as they rallied around me, prayed for me, cried with me, loved on me and sent me off with blessings that I get to open once every month!! I know that this journey God has me on isn't just for the people overseas, and I'm excited that my family gets to walk this out with me.
